An AppointmentCore Admin creates a User Account for each team member. Basic information, such as the user's name and email address, will have already been entered. Still, the team member the User Account is assigned to can make further changes and configurations following the initial setup.
You can add or change the following information and account settings at any time:
- Name
Displays in AppointmentCore, in confirmation emails, and in the appointment management page.
- Email Address
This is the email address you use to log into AppointmentCore. It is also visible in confirmation emails.
- Password
This is your AppointmentCore login password, which you can change if you choose to do so.
- Mobile Number
This is your contact number, which will only be available to you and your admin. It won’t be displayed on scheduling pages or confirmation emails.

Additional Configuration
-
Default Timezone
-
Time Slot Display
-
Calendar Start Time
In the Additional Configuration section under Default Timezone, enter the timezone you’d like your calendar to show when an invitee schedules an appointment with you. Under Time Slot Display, you can choose how your free time slots appear to your contacts. You can see a preview of each of these options while creating an appointment. Under Calendar Start Time, select the time you’d like your calendar to start. Note: By default, we display the calendar for users starting at 7 am. We do this so that the main part of the workday appears in the area they’re most likely to see, for the slots they’re most likely to select. Users can also scroll up to see earlier times if they have earlier appointments. 8 am will be the last option available because the calendar will show the rest of the day with this selected. |
-
Notifications
Under Notifications, check the box for Receive notifications on service disconnection if you want to be notified about system outages. Check the box for Display attendee name first in calendar event titles if you prefer to see the customer’s name first, followed by the event title on your calendar. When you're finished, make sure to click Save & Publish in the bottom right-hand corner of the My Profile page. |
