A calendar invite is an email that is sent to schedule a meeting and gives the recipient the opportunity to accept or decline the invitation at the given date and time.
AppointmentCore gives you the option to have a calendar invite automatically sent out to people who book appointments on your Scheduling Page using any of the digital calendars listed below:
Invite people to calendar events using Outlook.com or Office 365
Navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Settings. Under My User Settings on the left menu, select My Calendars. |

In the Invite guests to calendar events section, check the box for Enable this feature. If you want to keep the guest list private, you can also check one or both of the checkboxes below:

Under Choose a calendar to invite guests from, select the radio button for Outlook.com / Office 365. Click the dropdown box below it, and select the Outlook.com / Office 365 calendar you’d like to use to invite your guests from. Once you’re done with your selection, click the Save & Publish button at the bottom of the page to apply your settings. |
