Your AppointmentCore calendar displays booked appointments in the timezone that corresponds to your current location, as determined by your computer’s timezone settings.
You can change the default timezone and calendar start time for your account in one of two ways:
Configuring your Default Timezone and Calendar Start Time in My Calendars
Navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Settings. Under My User Settings on the left menu, select My Calendars. |

You’ll see your current timezone setting under My Calendars. To change it, click the "target" icon next to the timezone you want to change, and then enter your new preferred timezone. Click the Confirm & Close button in the pop up box that appears to save your account’s new default timezone. |

If you select a timezone that's different from your computer's current timezone setting, you will normally see a message informing you that your timezone setting does not match your system’s configuration. This doesn’t affect AppointmentCore's functionality, but it does provide you with a button to conveniently switch back to using your computer's current timezone setting should you wish to do so. |

To change the start time for your calendar display, click the dropdown box under Calendar Start Time, and select your preferred time. |

In the Additional Configuration section under Default Timezone, enter the timezone you’d like your calendar to show when an invitee schedules an appointment with you. Under Calendar Start Time, select the time you’d like your calendar to start. Click the Save & Publish button in the bottom right-hand corner of the My Profile page to save your changes. |
