Overview
This article will walk you through the process of adding team members to your AppointmentCore account.
Each Team Member, Practitioner, or Location gets set up as their own “User” in AppointmentCore. Your subscription level limits the number of Team Members or Users you can add. If you reach your subscription level's maximum number of allowed users, you will need to upgrade to add more team members to your AppointmentCore account.
You can check out the Pricing Plan on our website to see the different subscription levels that we offer.
By default, the Admin is the first User who registered your AppointmentCore account. However, once you've added more Users, you can make more than one of them an Admin on your account, allowing Admins to share responsibilities as necessary.
Before your start:
- Ensure that you are logged into AppointmentCore using an Admin account.
Adding Team Members or Users to your AppointmentCore account can be done in a variety of ways:
- Adding a Team Member Using Manual Input
- Importing Users from Infusionsoft
- Importing Users from Hubspot
- Importing Users from Salesforce
- Importing Users from ActiveCampaign
