Overview
AppointmentCore integrates with a variety of third-party programs to help you manage and streamline your appointment scheduling processes.
This article will show you how to connect all Admin-enabled third-party Integrations to your AppointmentCore account.

Before you start:
- Ensure that an Admin has already enabled the software that you’re trying to connect in the Integrations section of Company Settings.
How to access Admin-Enabled Integrations on your AppointmentCore User Account:
To enable integrations, navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Settings. Under My User Settings on the left menu, select My Integrations. |

ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is a cloud software platform for small to mid-sized businesses. This is a category-defining Customer Experience Automation Platform (CEAP) that helps companies connect and engage with their customers. It creates optimized customer experiences by automating multiple behind-the-scenes marketing, sales, and support processes.
Here's how to connect ActiveCampaign to AppointmentCore:
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under ActiveCampaign, click Connect. In the pop-up box, input your ActiveCampaign Account Name and API Key, then click Connect. Here’s how you can obtain your ActiveCampaign API Key |
Exchange
Microsoft Exchange is an email service offered by Microsoft that businesses and academic institutions most often use. Exchange delivers email, a global address book of contacts, calendaring, meeting scheduling, and task management.
You can sync your Exchange calendar to have appointments appear directly onto your calendar and check your Exchange calendar for your most up-to-date availability.
Note that AppointmentCore integration only currently works with the Enterprise Edition of Exchange.
Here's how to connect Microsoft Exchange to AppointmentCore:
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under Microsoft Exchange, click Connect. In the pop-up box, input your Microsoft Exchange Server, Server Version, Username, and Password, then click Connect. Google Calendar
Google Calendar is a time-management and scheduling calendar service developed by Google. It is a free online calendar that allows users to create and edit events.
With Google Calendar, organizing your schedule shouldn’t be a burden. You can quickly schedule meetings and events and get reminders about upcoming events, so you always know what’s next. In addition, Calendar is designed for teams, so it’s easy to share your schedule with others and create multiple calendars that you and your team can use together.
Here's how to connect Google Calendar to AppointmentCore:
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under Google Calendar, click Connect. Click Connect once again in the pop-up box that appears. Sign in with the Google Account whose calendar you’ll be using in AppointmentCore. Click Allow on the following page to grant AppointmentCore permissions. |
GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting is a web-hosted service designed and marketed by LogMeIn. It is an online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software suite that allows users to meet with other computer users, customers, clients, or colleagues in real-time over the Internet.
GoToMeeting is a straightforward and powerful way to hold unlimited online meetings with up to 25 participants.
Here's how to connect GoToMeeting to AppointmentCore:
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under GoToMeeting, click Connect. Click Connect once again in the pop-up box that appears. You will be redirected to the GoToMeeting LogMeIn page, where you can sign in using your GoToMeeting credentials. |
Note that you can only host (1) one GoToMeeting at a time if you’re using a shared company account as it is currently not possible to have two GoToMeetings running at the same time. To prevent this, you and your other team members should have your own individual GoToMeeting account logins to which you can log in on your AppointmentCore User Accounts. |
HubSpot
HubSpot is an inbound marketing and sales platform that aids businesses in attracting visitors, converting leads, and closing customers. It accomplishes these by combining several capabilities and allowing marketing and sales departments to handle all of their activities in one place. Content generation, social media sharing, workflow automation, lead collection, customer relationship management, sales funnel mapping, and performance tracking are part of this.
You can connect AppointmentCore directly to HubSpot for easy scheduling automation.
Here's how to connect HubSpot to AppointmentCore:
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under HubSpot, click Connect. Click Connect once again in the pop-up box that appears. You will be redirected to the HubSpot login page, where you can sign in using your HubSpot credentials. |
Infusionsoft (Keap)
Infusionsoft, also known as Keap, offers an email marketing and sales platform for small businesses, including products to manage customers, customer relationship management, marketing, and e-commerce.
Infusionsoft is a robust all-in-one sales and marketing automation software used by thousands of savvy small businesses to convert more leads, grow sales, and save time.
Here's how to connect Infusionsoft (Keap) to AppointmentCore:
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under Infusionsoft, click Connect. You will be routed to Keap’s login page where you sign in with your Infusionsoft or Keap account details. |
Office 365 or Outlook.com
Outlook.com is a personal information manager web app from Microsoft consisting of webmail, calendaring, contacts, and tasks services.
Office 365 is a line of subscription services offered by Microsoft, which includes the Microsoft Office product line.
Here's how to connect Office 365 or Outlook.com to AppointmentCore:
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under Outlook.com or Office 365, click Connect. You will be routed to Microsoft’s login page, where you sign in with your Microsoft email address and password. Allow AppointmentCore permissions on the following page. |
Stripe
Stripe is an online payment processing and credit card processing platform for businesses. It facilitates the safe and efficient transfer of funds from a customer’s credit card or bank account to a company or seller's account.
Stripe offers AppointmentCore users the ability to seamlessly and securely collect payment without ever leaving the AppointmentCore suite. For a 2.6% fee and $0.10 transaction charge, Stripe will allow you to have customer payments transferred directly into your bank account.
Here's how to connect Stripe to AppointmentCore:
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under Stripe, click Connect to Stripe. Click Connect once again in the pop-up box that appears. You will be redirected to the Stripe login page. Enter your Stripe login credentials, click Continue, and complete the setup. |
WebEx
A Webex meeting is a virtual meeting that allows you to meet with others without leaving your home or business. WebEx is a simple and powerful enterprise solution for holding virtual meetings that includes audio, video, and screen-sharing.
Here's how to connect WebEx to AppointmentCore:
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under WebEx, click Connect. In the pop-up box that appears, enter your WebEx Site Name and login credentials, then click Connect. |
Zoom.us
Zoom is a cloud-based video communications program that lets you create virtual video and audio conferencing, webinars, live chats, screen-sharing, and other collaboration features.
Here's how to connect Zoom to AppointmentCore:
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under Zoom, click Connect. Click Connect once again in the pop-up box that appears. You will be routed to Zoom’s login page, where you sign in with the email address and password of the Zoom account that you will be using for your appointments. Authorize AppointmentCore on the next page to complete the setup. |
