Salesforce is a popular CRM tool for support, sales, and marketing teams that can be integrated with AppointmentCore.
AppointmentCore syncs with your Salesforce Calendar directly, so it knows when you're available and schedules the appointment accordingly. In addition, your calendar contains all of the Salesforce client and deal information, ensuring that you are always prepared for your appointments.

How to enable or disable Salesforce in AppointmentCore (Admin Level):
To view all available third-party integrations, navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Settings. Under Company Settings on the left menu, select Integrations. Company Settings will only be visible if you are logged in with an account that has Admin privileges. |

Toggle the switch next to Salesforce to enable or disable it for your entire team. If enabling this integration, select your account type from the drop-down list In the pop-up box.
Leads require Company information by default. Please make sure to use the Organization field on the booking form or remove Company requirements from Leads entirely. AppointmentCore will set Company to N/A if Organization is not provided and Company is required. Click the Save button to complete the setup. |
Connecting Salesforce to AppointmentCore (User Level):
Before your start:
- Ensure that an Admin has already enabled Salesforce in the Integrations section of Company Settings.
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under Salesforce, click Connect. Click Connect once again in the pop-up box that appears. You will be redirected to the Salesforce login page, where you can sign in using your Salesforce credentials. |
