AppointmentCore Integrations - Stripe

AppointmentCore integrates with a number of third-party applications to assist in streamlining processes making it easier for you and your team to complete tasks.

Stripe is an online payment and credit card processing platform for businesses that can be integrated with AppointmentCore. It offers AppointmentCore users the ability to seamlessly and securely collect payment without ever leaving the AppointmentCore suite.

What does Stripe do?

• It facilitates the safe and efficient transfer of funds from a customer’s credit card or bank account to a company or seller's account.
• It allows you to have customer payments transferred directly into your bank account.

How to enable or disable Stripe in AppointmentCore (Admin Level):

To view all available third-party integrations, navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Settings. Under Company Settings on the left menu, select Integrations. Company Settings will only be visible if you are logged in with an account that has Admin privileges.
Toggle the switch next to Stripe to enable or disable it for your entire team. In the pop-up box, click Confirm & Close.
If you enable this integration, connect the app by following the instructions below. To connect your Stripe account to AppointmentCore, click Connect under Stripe. Read the Stripe Information and click Connect in the pop-up box if you accept the fees.  You will be redirected to the Stripe login page. Enter your business’s Stripe login credentials, click Continue to complete the setup.

Connecting Stripe to AppointmentCore (User Level):

Before your start: 

• Ensure that an Admin has already enabled Stripe in the Integrations section of Company Settings.

Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under Stripe, click Connect to Stripe. Click Connect once again in the pop-up box that appears. You will be redirected to the Stripe login page. Enter your Stripe login credentials, click Continue, and complete the setup.
