If your company uses Infusionsoft, you can book an AppointmentCore appointment directly from a contact record in Infusionsoft using AppointmentCore's Infusionsoft Plugin without having to leave your Infusionsoft application.
Before your start:
- Ensure that the plugin is installed on your browser as it is a browser plugin.
- You must be logged into AppointmentCore and Infusionsoft in the same browser for the plugin to work as intended.

On your Keap/Infusionsoft contacts page, open the contact record for the contact you want to schedule an appointment with. Scroll down the contact record page until you see Tasks & Appointments. To the right of Tasks & Appointments, click the AppointmentCore button. |

Click the dropdown box, and select the Team Member whose booking link you’ll be using to schedule the appointment. From here, you can choose whether to create the appointment using a Regular Link or a Multiservice Link. Select the booking link you’ll be using to create the appointment under Regular Link or Multiservice Links. Click the Book Appointment for Contact button to create the appointment. |

From the Scheduling Page, select the date and time for your appointment with the contact. Fill out the contact information, then click the Book it button to create the appointment. The appointment will be instantly scheduled, and will automatically appear on your calendar. Your contact will also receive any automated email campaigns or reminders that you have set up for the selected Booking Link. |
