Managing your Company Profile

Your Company Profile contains information about your company and its location. As an account admin, you can add or change the following information at any time:

  • Company Title and Address

Displays at the footer of confirmation emails. 

 

  • Date and Time Format

Determines how date and time elements are displayed in the software.

 

  • User Interface Version

Determines your AppointmentCore software's user interface.

 

  • Booking Link Version

Determines how a Scheduling Page is displayed when a user clicks or visits your Booking Link. 

 

The steps in this article will walk you through creating or updating your Company Profile.

 

Conditions:

  • Ensure that you are logged into AppointmentCore using an Admin account.

 

Step 1: Go to Company Settings from the AppointmentCore Settings Page.

Navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and go to Settings.


You’ll be directed to the Company tab of the Company Settings page. 


Note: Company Settings will only be visible if you are logged in with an account that has Admin privileges.		 01_MyDashboard_Settings.gif

 

Step 2: Enter the information for your Company Profile.

Enter your company's name and address details in the Company Profile section on the right side of the screen.

Step 3: Save & Publish your settings.

When you're finished setting up your preferences, make sure to click Save & Publish in the bottom right-hand corner of the Company Profile page.

Additional Configuration

  • Date/Time Format

Under Additional Configuration, select your preferred date and time format, as well as the start of the workweek for your company,

  • Enable GDPR Compliance Option

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European privacy law established by the European Union to secure its residents better when disclosing personal information online. 


If the GDPR applies to you, tick the box next to Enable GDPR Compliance and input your company’s Privacy Policy URL.


Otherwise, you can leave this option unchecked.
