Overview
AppointmentCore integrates with a number of third-party applications to assist in streamlining processes making it easier for you and your team to complete tasks.
Below is a list of all existing AppointmentCore Integrations that Admin Accounts can enable and configure for their entire team.

Before your start:
- Make sure that you are logged into AppointmentCore using an Admin account.
How to access Integrations on your AppointmentCore Admin Account:
To enable integrations, navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Settings. Under Company Settings on the left menu, select Integrations. Note: Company Settings will only be visible if you are logged in with an account that has Admin privileges. |

ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is a cloud software platform for small to mid-sized businesses. This is a category-defining Customer Experience Automation Platform that helps companies to connect and engage with their customers. It creates optimized customer experiences by automating multiple behind-the-scenes marketing, sales, and support processes.
Here's how to enable ActiveCampaign in AppointmentCore:
Under Company Settings, make sure that you have Integrations selected on the left menu. Note: Company Settings will only be visible if you are logged in with an account that has Admin privileges. Toggle the switch next to ActiveCampaign to the ON position to enable it. In the pop-up box, click Confirm & Close. |
Exchange
Microsoft Exchange is an email service offered by Microsoft that businesses and academic institutions most often use. Exchange delivers email, a global address book of contacts, calendaring, meeting scheduling, and task management.
You can sync your Exchange calendar to have appointments appear directly onto your calendar and check your Exchange calendar for your most up-to-date availability.
Note that AppointmentCore integration only currently works with the Enterprise Edition of Exchange.

FixYourFunnel
You may automate text reminders to your clients with FixYourFunnel's interactive text messaging capability, allowing you to text back and forth with your customers.
FixYourFunnel was created to work entirely and profoundly with Infusionsoft, which is also one of AppointmentCore's integrations.

Google Calendar
Google Calendar is a time-management and scheduling calendar service developed by Google. It is a free online calendar that allows users to create and edit events.
With Google Calendar, organizing your schedule shouldn’t be a burden. You can quickly schedule meetings and events and get reminders about upcoming events, so you always know what’s next. In addition, Calendar is designed for teams, so it’s easy to share your schedule with others and create multiple calendars that you and your team can use together.

Google Meet (Hangouts Meet)
Google Meet is a video chat service developed by Google. It is designed to allow dozens of individuals to join the same virtual meeting, speak, and share video from any location with internet access.
It’s meant for use by businesses and other organizations, and it’s a great way for colleagues who don’t work in the same building to communicate.
Here's how to enable Google Meet in AppointmentCore:

GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting is a web-hosted service designed and marketed by LogMeIn. It is an online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software suite that allows users to meet with other computer users, customers, clients, or colleagues in real-time over the Internet.
GoToMeeting is a straightforward and powerful way to hold unlimited online meetings with up to 25 participants.
Here's how to enable GoToMeeting in AppointmentCore:

If you would like your team to use the same shared company GoToMeeting account, click Connect under GoToMeeting. In the pop-up box, click Connect. You will be redirected to the GoToMeeting LogMeIn page, where you can sign in using your company's GoToMeeting credentials. |
Note that because a shared company account can only host (1) one GoToMeeting at a time, your team will not be able to have two GoToMeetings running at the same time. To prevent this, each of your Users should have their own individual GoToMeeting account login to which they can log in on their AppointmentCore User Accounts. |
HubSpot
HubSpot is an inbound marketing and sales platform that aids businesses in attracting visitors, converting leads, and closing customers. It accomplishes these by combining several capabilities and allowing marketing and sales departments to handle all of their activities in one place. Content generation, social media sharing, workflow automation, lead collection, customer relationship management, sales funnel mapping, and performance tracking are part of this.
You can connect AppointmentCore directly to HubSpot for easy scheduling automation.

Infusionsoft (Keap)
Infusionsoft, also known as Keap, offers an email marketing and sales platform for small businesses, including products to manage customers, customer relationship management, marketing, and e-commerce.
Infusionsoft is a robust all-in-one sales and marketing automation software used by thousands of savvy small businesses to convert more leads, grow sales, and save time.
Here's how to enable Infusionsoft in AppointmentCore:

To connect your Infusionsoft account, click Connect under Infusionsoft. In the pop-up box, input your Infusionsoft Application Name in the given field. Note: To find out your Infusionsoft Application Name, log into your Infusionsoft or Keap account and look at your URL. You should see numbers, letters, or a name before the .infusionsoft.com; this is your app name. Input your Infusionsoft API Key in the given field. Note: You can get your Infusionsoft API key by logging in to your Infusionsoft account. When you’re done entering your Infusionsoft application details, click Connect. |
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a collaboration app and communication platform developed by Microsoft. It helps your team stay organized and have conversations all in one place.

Outlook.com or Office 365
Outlook.com is a personal information manager web app from Microsoft consisting of webmail, calendaring, contacts, and tasks services.
Office 365 is a line of subscription services offered by Microsoft which adds to and includes the Microsoft Office product line.
Here's how to enable Outlook.com / Office 365 in AppointmentCore:

RingCentral
RingCentral for Desktop is a comprehensive communications platform that includes voice, fax, text, conferencing, and web meetings.

RoboVoice
RoboVoice offers a method for converting text to ready-to-use audio files.
With this integration, you can add an extra level of personal touch by leaving automated voice reminders for your appointments.

Salesforce
Salesforce CRM is a cloud-based platform that assists businesses in streamlining their sales and marketing operations. It provides companies with easy access to web-based software over the internet.
AppointmentCore syncs with your Salesforce Calendar directly, so it knows when you're available and schedules the appointment accordingly. In addition, your calendar contains all of the Salesforce client and deal information, ensuring that you are always prepared for your appointments.
Here's how to enable Salesforce in AppointmentCore:
Under Company Settings, make sure that you have Integrations selected on the left menu. Note: Company Settings will only be visible if you are logged in with an account that has Admin privileges. Toggle the switch next to Salesforce to the ON position to enable it. Select your account type from the drop-down list In the pop-up box. Note: Leads require Company information by default. Please make sure to use the Organization field on the booking form or remove Company requirements from Leads entirely. AppointmentCore will set Company to N/A if Organization is not provided and Company is required. Click the Save button to complete the setup. |
Stripe
Stripe is an online payment processing and credit card processing platform for businesses. It facilitates the safe and efficient transfer of funds from a customer’s credit card or bank account to a company or seller's account.
Stripe offers AppointmentCore users the ability to seamlessly and securely collect payment without ever leaving the AppointmentCore suite. For a 2.6% fee and $0.10 transaction charge, Stripe will allow you to have customer payments transferred directly into your bank account.

To connect your Stripe account to AppointmentCore, click Connect under Stripe. Read the Stripe Information and click Connect in the pop-up box if you accept the fees. You will be redirected to the Stripe login page. Enter your business’s Stripe login credentials, click Continue to complete the setup. |
Twilio (Text Message Reminders)
Twilio is a cloud communication platform that brings a powerful API for phone services enabling companies to make and receive phone calls and send and receive text messages.
With AppointmentCore's Text Message reminders, you can send automatic text message reminders to your customers or prospects to keep your appointment fresh in their minds. Just set the schedule in your Booking Link setup, and when they book, AppointmentCore will do the rest.
Text messaging costs only $0.05 per text and is added to your monthly bill.

WebEx
A Webex meeting is a virtual meeting that allows you to meet with others without leaving your home or business. WebEx is a simple and powerful enterprise solution for holding virtual meetings that includes audio, video, and screen-sharing.

Zapier
Zapier is a web-based tool that allows you to automate workflows by linking your apps and services. This enables you to automate processes without having to create the integration yourself.

Zoom.us
Zoom is a cloud-based video communications program that lets you create virtual video and audio conferencing, webinars, live chats, screen-sharing, and other collaboration features.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that provides statistics and essential analytical tools for search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing purposes. It allows you to track your Flash, video, and social networking sites and applications and assess your advertising ROI.
Here's how to enable Google Analytics in AppointmentCore:

Option 1: Enter your Google Analytics Tracking ID into the given field. Your unique code can be retrieved from Google Analytics once you’ve signed up with them.
Google Analytics script with your tracking ID will be added to ALL your booking pages. |
