This article will walk you through the process of importing existing user data from Salesforce and adding them to your AppointmentCore account as team members.
Each Team Member, Practitioner, or Location gets set up as their own “User” in AppointmentCore. Your subscription level limits the number of Team Members or Users you can add. If you reach your subscription level's maximum number of allowed users, you will need to upgrade to add more team members to your AppointmentCore account.
You can check out the Pricing Plan on our website to see the different subscription levels that we offer.
By default, the Admin is the first User who registered your AppointmentCore account. However, once you've added more Users, you can make more than one of them an Admin on your account, allowing Admins to share responsibilities as necessary.
Adding Team Members or Users to your AppointmentCore account can be accomplished in a number of ways, one of which is by importing existing users from Salesforce.
Before you start:
- Ensure that you are logged into AppointmentCore using an Admin account.
Newly added users will receive an email containing their login information and instructions to set up their AppointmentCore account. |
