Autofill booking is a software feature found in the fourth stage (Automations Stage) of the Scheduling Link creation process, under Additional Configurations.
If this feature is enabled, the information from the previous booking autofills when your Scheduling Link is revisited within the same browser session. This is useful if your guests use your Scheduling Link to arrange their own appointments. The saved information will make booking easier for them the next time they use your Scheduling Link.
If this feature is disabled, the booking link form will not autofill with information from the most recently booked appointment. When your Scheduling Link is intended to be used by you or a member of your team to book appointments for various individuals, disable this feature so the booking form doesn't autofill with previously entered information.
To enable or disable this feature:
Click Additional Configurations on the left side of the Automations page,
Under Additional Configurations, toggle the switch beside Autofill booking to the ON or OFF position to enable or disable this feature, depending on whether you want to use it or not. To save your changes, click the Save & Stay on this step button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. |
