Additional Availability Options can be found in the second stage (Availability Stage) of the Scheduling Page creation process, under Advanced Options.
AppointmentCore will use whatever availability option you have selected here to limit which open times from your calendar(s) will appear on your Scheduling Page for someone to book.
There are three options currently available to you. They are as follows:
(DEFAULT) Set a specific availability for this Booking Link and IGNORE each User’s My Availability settings |
By selecting this option, you will override each attending User’s set Personal Availability in their My User Settings page and instead set a fixed availability schedule to be displayed in the Scheduling Page of this particular Booking Link. |
Set a specific availability for this Booking Link. In addition, USE the User(s) My Availability settings to determine the Booking Link’s availability. |
By selecting this option, you can set an availability schedule for this particular Booking Link. Still, the Scheduling Page will display available timeslots after considering each attending user’s Availability settings. |
Use the availability chosen in each User’s My Availability settings to determine this Booking Link’s availability. |
The Scheduling Page will display available timeslots depending on each attending User’s My Availability settings by selecting this option. |
Note that AppointmentCore only displays available times on your calendar regardless of which option is selected. |
Here’s how to view or change this setting:
At the Availability Stage of the Booking Link Creation Process, go under Additional Availability Options on the right. When you first set this up, the first option is selected by default, but you can change it by clicking the radio button beside the option you want to select. |
