How to enable or disable RingCentral in AppointmentCore (Admin Level):
To view all available third-party integrations, navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Settings. Under Company Settings on the left menu, select Integrations. Company Settings will only be visible if you are logged in with an account that has Admin privileges. |

Toggle the switch next to RingCentral to enable or disable it for your entire team. In the pop-up box, click Confirm & Close. |
Connecting RingCentral to AppointmentCore (User Level):
Before your start:
- Ensure that an Admin has already enabled RingCentral in the Integrations section of Company Settings.
Under My User Settings, make sure that you have My Integrations selected on the left menu. Under RingCentral, click Connect. In the pop-up box, click the green Connect button. Log in with your RingCentral account credentials, then click Next. Allow AppointmentCore permissions when prompted. |
