AppointmentCore has a feature that allows you to send personalized, automated reminders to yourself and your customers to ensure that everyone shows up for the appointment on time.
You can automate the following reminders and messages:
- Send Email
- Send text message
- Send FixYourFunnel text message
- Send RoboVoice Reminder
These can be enabled in the fourth stage (Automations stage) of the Scheduling Link creation process.
Here’s how:
Click Campaigns & Automations on the left side of the Automations page,
In the Campaigns & Automations section, under Manage Campaigns & Automations, click the Add new reminder button next to Automated Reminders and Messages. |

From here, you can either select a template or start from scratch by going directly to the Title field and inputting the name you want for the automated reminder or message you’re creating.
In the What section, select the type of automation you wish to create from the dropdown menu. |

In the When section, select when to trigger the event, then set the time for it.
Once done, click the Configure button to continue setting up the automation. Note: configuration options may vary depending on the type of automation you select in the What section.
Once created, you’ll see your new entry under Automated Reminders and Messages.
You can then add as many automated email reminders and messages as you wish by clicking the Add new reminder button. |
