This article will walk you through the process of manually adding team members to your AppointmentCore account.
Each Team Member, Practitioner, or Location gets set up as their own “User” in AppointmentCore. Your subscription level limits the number of Team Members or Users you can add. If you reach your subscription level's maximum number of allowed users, you will need to upgrade to add more team members to your AppointmentCore account.

By default, the Admin is the first User who registered your AppointmentCore account. However, once you've added more Users, you can make more than one of them an Admin on your account, allowing Admins to share responsibilities as necessary.
Adding Team Members or Users to your AppointmentCore account can be accomplished in a number of ways, one of which is through manual entry.
Before you start:
- Ensure that you are logged in to AppointmentCore using an Admin account.
Navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Settings. Under Company Settings on the left menu, select Team Members. Company Settings will only be visible if you are logged in with an account that has Admin privileges. On the Team Members screen, click + Add Team Member in the upper-right corner. In the pop-up box that appears, input all required information to create your new team member's login credentials, then click Save. Your new team member will now appear on your AppointmentCore Team Members page, where you may make necessary future changes to their account. |
Newly added users will receive an email containing their login information and instructions to set up their AppointmentCore account. |
