While creating your Scheduling Link, AppointmentCore allows you to configure your CRM automation for the following actions:
- Send Webhook
- Map AppointmentCore fields to CRM
- Infusionsoft API call
- Apply tag(s) to CRM contact record
- Remove tag(s) from CRM contact record
- Assign deal stage to attendee(s)
- Send Webhook (Legacy)
These can be enabled in the fourth stage (Automations stage) of the Scheduling Link creation process.
Here’s how:
Click Campaigns & Automations on the left side of the Automations page,
In the Campaigns & Automations section, under Manage Campaigns & Automations, click the Add CRM Automation button next to CRM & Webhooks. |

In the Title field, enter the name you want for the automation.
In the What section, select the type of automation you wish to create from the dropdown menu. |

In the When section, select when to trigger the event, then set the time for it.
Once done, click the Configure button to continue setting up the automation.
Note: configuration options may vary depending on the type of automation you select in the What section.
Once created, you’ll see the new automation added under CRM & Webhooks.
You can then add as many CRM automations as you wish by clicking the Add CRM Automation button. |
