While creating your Scheduling Link, you have the option to install plugins so that you can easily insert your links directly into your emails when using third-party software like Infusionsoft or Google apps like Gmail.
This can be done in the third stage of the Scheduling Link creation process (Publish Stage), in the Install Add-on section.

AppointmentCore Plugin for Infusionsoft
If you use Infusionsoft for your business, you can easily 0insert links using this plugin.
AppointmentCore’s Infusionsoft Plugin allows you to book appointments with your prospects and customers directly from your Infusionsoft CRM. Simply click on the AppointmentCore button when viewing a contact record, OR from your Infusionsoft search results page to choose which appointment you wish to schedule, and you will be directed to the AppointmentCore Booking Link to choose a time that works for you and your contact, and the appointment will instantly be booked onto your Google, Outlook, or Infusionsoft Calendars.
It also integrates with your Infusionsoft campaigns, allowing you to easily trigger automation such as reminder emails, followup sequences, and any other Infusionsoft campaign action you wish, all from within your Infusionsoft app.
Installation Steps:
In the Publish stage, click Infusionsoft under Install Add-ons. You will then be directed to your corresponding browser’s extension page. |

AppointmentCore Plugin for Gmail
If you use Gmail or Google Apps email for your business, our Google plugin lets you easily insert links directly into your emails. When you install the plugin, an Add AppointmentCore Appointment button will appear in your Gmail client when you are drafting or creating an email. This plugin is compatible with Chrome and Firefox.
Installation Steps:
In the Publish stage, click Gmail under Install Add-ons. You will then be directed to your corresponding browser’s extension page. |
