Allowing guests to schedule multiple appointments

You can allow your guests to select multiple times or a block of appointments when booking on your scheduling page.

AppointmentCore has a feature that lets your customers schedule multiple appointments at once.

This can be enabled and configured in the fourth stage of the Scheduling Link creation process (Automations Stage), in the Multiple Appointments section.

Here’s how:

Enable the feature by clicking Multiple Appointments on the left side of the Automations page,  Under Recurring/Multiple Appointments, toggle the switch to the on position where it says Enable and configure recurring appointments.
Under Choose type of Recurring appointment scenario, make sure that the option for Multiple appointments, each selected by customer is selected.
In the next section, define a range for the number of extra appointments that the guest must choose throughout the booking process.
If you’d like to set a minimum distance between appointments, check the checkbox for Set minimum allowed distance between appointments, then specify the minimum number of hours, days, weeks, or months you’d like to allow between bookings.
If you’d like to set a maximum distance between appointments, check the checkbox for Set maximum allowed distance between appointments, then specify the maximum number of hours, days, weeks, or months you’d like to allow between bookings.
