If you generate leads by having customers fill out an online webform to learn more about your products or services, AppointmentCore has a feature that allows you to pass information from your webform to your Scheduling Link, so your customers don't have to enter their information again after they get routed to your Scheduling Page to book an appointment.
You can set this up in the fourth stage of the Scheduling Link creation process (Automations Stage), in the Map Fields section.
From here, you can do either of the following:
Using AppointmentCore’s Default Mappings
AppointmentCore has default mappings available for you to use. You just have to ensure that the variable names on your webform fields match the AppointmentCore fields below:
AppointmentCore Field |
Webform Variable Name |
First Name |
fname |
Last Name |
lname |
Email Address |
|
Country |
country |
Organization |
company |
Address |
address1 |
Job Title |
job_title |
Phone |
phone |
Mobile Phone |
mobile_phone |
Requested Phone Number |
call_in_number |
To add default mappings:
Under Map fields from URL to AppointmentCore fields, click the Add Default Mappings button. This adds all the default fields mentioned above. |
|
If there is any customer information that you do not want to pass on to your Scheduling Page, or if a field simply does not exist on your webform, you can remove it from the list by clicking the trash icon next to that field.
Then, click Confirm & Close in the pop-up box that appears. |
Mapping Custom Fields
Alternatively, you can add new fields manually and use custom variable names from your online webform.
Under Map fields from URL to AppointmentCore fields, click the Add New Field button. A new blank field will be added at the bottom of the list.
Fill in your custom variable name in the first empty box, then choose the corresponding AppointmentCore field from the dropdown list in the second box. |
