Setting up fixed weekly availability time frames using the Weekly Availability Tool

AppointmentCore allows you to tailor your appointment booking to fit your schedule in a variety of ways. One of these methods is to manually set your days and hours of availability, which will be repeated every week. This can be combined with other methods of setting up availability time frames to completely customize the schedule for your appointment link.

If you have fixed times every week that you're available for the appointment you're creating, you can use the Weekly Availability Tool to easily set your weekly schedule.

You can set this up in the second stage of the Scheduling Link creation process (Availability Stage), under Availability Time Frames.

Before you start:

• It is important to note that you will only be able to configure availability in this stage if either the first or second option under Additional Availability Options is selected.

Set Fixed Availability Time Frames

Next to Availability Time Frames, click Edit Time Frames to change the default configuration.

Set a fixed available time for each day of the week. Note that whatever you enter here will be the weekly availability for your booking link, unless live calendars show that time as busy or booked. Use the dropdown boxes to specify start and end times.  Click the + symbol to add another timeslot.  Uncheck the checkbox next to the days you don't want to be available. Click the trash icon to delete a timeslot.
