You can set your appointment’s duration and buffer times in the second stage of the Scheduling Page creation process (Availability Stage), under “How long should the appointment be?”.
Under How long should the appointment be? specify your appointment duration using the dropdown boxes. |
Buffer time allows you to set aside a certain amount of time to prepare for or wrap up after an appointment. We'll add this space before and/or after your appointments as you set it. This feature enables you always to be prepared for your meetings.
To set up buffer times, click the Add Buffer Before/After button right below the dropdown boxes for the appointment duration. Set the buffer times before and/or after the appointment using the dropdown boxes. Click Confirm & Close in the pop-up box to apply your settings when you're done. |
