Your branding is the first thing your customers will notice, and it will help them establish an impression about what you stand for.
You'll want to put your Company Logo on your Booking Links and Emails, as well as customize the Header, Footer, and Confirmation Message of your company-wide Booking Links. You can also opt to redirect your customers back to your website or invoice page after they book an appointment with you through AppointmentCore.
The steps in this article will walk you through the process of defining your company's branding and design.
Conditions:
- Ensure that you are logged into AppointmentCore using an Admin account.
Step 1: Go to the Branding tab from the AppointmentCore Settings Page
Navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Settings. Under Company Settings on the left menu, select Branding. Note: Company Settings will only be visible if you are logged in with an account that has Admin privileges. |
Step 2: Upload your Company Logo
Under Customized Branding & Design, you can add your Company Logo by clicking the upload link or dragging and dropping the image.

Step 3: Personalize the header and footer of your company’s scheduling pages
You can customize the Header and Footer for ALL your company’s scheduling links here. Use HTML code to change fonts, color schemes, add custom scripts, and more. You can also choose to specify the Primary Color and Secondary Color by using the color picker. Note: You can also override these settings on the individual link level in the last step of the link setup. |
Step 4: Personalize on-screen notification messages for your company’s scheduling pages
Add a custom Confirmation Message that appears after a customer schedules an appointment. Under No appointment times message, add a custom message that appears if no appointment times are available. These settings will be applied to ALL of your company's scheduling links. Use HTML code to change fonts, color schemes, add custom scripts, and more. Note: You can also override these settings on the individual link level in the last step of the link setup. |
Step 5: Enter a Redirect URL If you want people to be directed to a different page after booking with you
Under Redirect URL, you can set a URL that your customers will be directed to when they schedule an appointment with you. Under Attach emails to Salesforce contact record, you can configure the email log, which will be visible in Salesforce. This means that Salesforce contact records will have a list of emails that were sent to these contacts from AppointmentCore. These settings will be applied to ALL of your company's scheduling links. Note: You can also override these settings on the individual link level in the last step of the link setup. |
Step 6: Show our banner on your scheduling pages and save your settings
Your scheduling pages will display a "Powered by AppointmentCore" banner by default, and clicking on it will open the AppointmentCore homepage in a new browser window. You can uncheck the box for Display “Powered By AppointmentCore” on Booking Links if you want to turn this off and remove the banner from your links. When you're finished, make sure to click Save & Publish in the bottom right-hand corner of the Customized Branding & Design page. |
