Manage Booking Information
This feature allows you to decide what information to collect from your customer when completing their booking, which will be saved in your appointment history for easy reference.
Gather Customer Information
When a customer books an appointment with you, you can collect information from them in three ways.
Option 1: Ask for information with a web form After selecting a time that works for them, ask your prospects or customers to submit their information via a custom scheduling webform. You can customize fields such as text, dropdowns, and more, which fields are required, and what order they are asked. These fields can be merged into your CRM or any other tool of your choice using Campaigns and Automations. |

Option 2: Auto-fill web form from CRM info Suppose you are scheduling with your customers and sending this email through your CRM or Email Marketing tool. In that case, you can use a unique link in your means to autofill the web form for your customers, saving them time and preventing duplicate contacts in your CRM. |

Option 3: One-click booking from automated emails A one-click link from your CRM or email marketing platform will be available to your customers. In terms of usability, conversion, and integrity of your CRM, this is a great feature. Customers or prospects will visit a unique scheduling link, select the time slot of their choice, and the booking will be completed for them using their information from your CRM. Your customers just choose their preferred time, and they’re done! |
Generated Booking Link
This section is where you can see and copy the generated link for your Scheduling Page, which you can then provide directly to your customers so they can access your booking link and schedule an appointment with you.
Customize your Booking Link
This feature allows you to create a Vanity URL to help users remember and locate a specific page on your website.
Map fields from URL to AppointmentCore fields
This feature allows you to specify what information should be sent and where it should be stored in AppointmentCore.
Recurring/Multiple Appointments
This feature lets your customers schedule recurring appointments instead of just one-time meetings or have them select multiple times for a block of appointments.
Campaigns & Automations
This feature allows you to send personalized, automated reminders to yourself and your customers to ensure that everyone shows up for the appointment on time. You can send reminder emails, texts, and voice messages, among other things. You can also use this feature to configure your CRM automation to add appointment information to your contact records, add or tag customers to segmented lists, change deal stages or workflows, and more.
Option 1: Apply Campaign to this appointment Use this option to select a default Master set of triggers (emails, texts, CRM automation, etc.) to this appointment. Default triggers are created and managed by account admins and are set up in Account Settings. These triggers will automatically be scheduled each time an appointment is booked. |

Option 2: Manage Campaigns & Automations You can keep all AppointmentCore Presets or change them to your liking. You can also create new automations on top of those that have already been made. |
Outcome Tracking
Appointment Outcome/Disposition Survey Tracking (Premium Feature)
This Premium-only add-on enables you to automate your data and appointment reporting so that you’re always on top of the information that matters most to your business. Customize the Report Information Automatically prompt users to fill out Outcome reports after each appointment.
Create Automatic Report Deadlines Ensure your users provide the information you need to make your appointment-setting process more effective by creating deadlines for outcome report submissions.
Automatic Availability Blocking Make sure you get the information you need on time. You can prevent users from future appointments, giving them extra incentive to submit their outcome reports on time.
Trigger Reporting Reminders Get better reporting compliance from your team with automated reminder emails before reporting deadlines.
Gather and Sort Report Information Gain insight into your appointment-setting process and the teams working with your prospects and clients with an easy-to-download file of your report information. |

Accept Payment
You can enable this feature if you want to charge a fee or collect payment for this appointment. Set the amount you wish to collect from the customer, and the customer must enter their payment information to complete the booking.
Keep in mind that this feature requires the Stripe payment extension to be enabled in your settings.

This section offers you the ability to enable or disable certain third-party software features and functions.
