Overview
AppointmentCore allows you to create personalized Booking Links for you and your company. Here you'll find references to resources that will walk you through the process of creating and customizing a Booking Link from start to finish.
You can include these links in marketing emails and on your website to make scheduling easier. It’s also worth noting that there is no limit to the number of Booking Links or appointments you can create and schedule with AppointmentCore.
Here’s where you can create a Scheduling Page or Booking Link:
Navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Pages & Links. On the Scheduling & Landing Pages screen, click + Create New in the upper-right. You’ll see that the Scheduling Page or Booking Link creation process is divided into four stages. |

BASIC: Configuring Basic Information
In this first stage of the Booking Link Creation process, you will enter general information about the type of appointment you want to schedule. This stage is where you give your appointment a name or title, indicate where your meeting will be held, and specify the people who will be attending.

AVAILABILITY: Setting up your Availability
This stage of the Booking Link Creation process is where you will decide whether your booking link will be a one-on-one appointment or a group meeting. This is also where you specify the appointment duration and buffer times, select when the appointment should start, and configure booking, rescheduling, and cancellation requirements.

PUBLISH: Publish Scheduling Page
This stage of the Booking Link Creation process lets you choose how you want your available time slots to appear on your Scheduling Page. This stage is where you can also find embed codes for your website and emails. You will also be able to see a live preview of your Booking Link and test its functionality.

AUTOMATIONS: Configure Automations
In this fourth and final stage of the Booking Link Creation process, you will decide what information you want to collect from your customer when they complete their booking, which will be saved in your appointment history for easy reference.
