Before you start:
- Make sure that Zapier has been enabled in the Integrations section of your AppointmentCore Company Settings.
Set up your Zap
Sign up on https://zapier.com/ On the Zapier app page, click Create a Zap. |

Give your zap a name, and search for the AppointmentCore app using the search field. |

Select the Trigger Type
Click the dropdown arrow under Trigger Event to choose an event. Select the trigger type you’d like to set up. |

Appointmentcore currently supports three types of Zapier triggers:

Sign in to AppointmentCore
Select the trigger type, and click Continue. Click Sign in to AppointmentCore on the next step. |

After entering your AppointmentCore email address and password, click Sign me in on the log-in screen. Click the Allow button on the next page. After successfully logging in, you may return to Zapier and proceed with the next steps. |

Select the Booking Link for this integration
Click the Continue button back on the Zapier app page, and click the dropdown arrow under Book Link Summary. Select the Booking Link for this integration from the dropdown list, then click Continue once again. From here, you can choose whether to test the trigger or skip the testing process. Click Continue to proceed to the next step. |

Set up Zapier Action to Trigger
Now that you've chosen the trigger type, you may configure the action for it. The action happens when your selected Booking Link meets the trigger you specified.
Choose the app that you want to integrate. In this example, the Gmail app is selected with an action event to Send Email. Sign in to your Gmail email account when asked. |

Return to Zap Editor’s page to customize the email. You can choose to click Test & Continue after you’re done customizing. After a successful test, you can either Retest action or Turn on Zap. |
