You can allow your guests to schedule repeat appointments based on their initial appointment if necessary, so they don’t have to keep going through the booking process every time.
AppointmentCore has a feature that lets your customers schedule recurring appointments instead of just one-time meetings.
This can be enabled and configured in the fourth stage of the Scheduling Link creation process (Automations Stage), in the Multiple Appointments section.
Here’s how:
Enable the feature by clicking Multiple Appointments on the left side of the Automations page,
Under Recurring/Multiple Appointments, toggle the switch to the on position where it says Enable and configure recurring appointments. |

Under Choose type of Recurring appointment scenario, make sure that the option for Recurring, based on 1st appointment (user configures rules) is selected. |

In the next section, specify the number of additional appointments that will be automatically booked in recurrence at a defined interval of days, weeks, or months. |

Next, select how the system should book recurring appointments based on user availability.
You can choose whether to ignore the attending user’s availability on all recurring appointments except for the initial booked appointment OR always use the user’s set availability. |

You will also have to specify what happens in case of an availability conflict.
You can choose whether to add to the end of the sequence OR use another team member in rotation. |
