You can collect information from customers while they book an appointment on your scheduling page. Collected data will be saved in your appointment history for future reference.
This data collection feature can be found in the last stage of the Scheduling Page creation process (Automations Stage) by following the steps below.
Under Automations, click Collect Information from the accordion menu on the left. In the Manage Booking Information section on the right, you'll find three options under "How will you gather information when booking?". |
Option 1: Ask for information with a web form
After selecting a time that works for them, ask your prospects or customers to submit their information via a custom scheduling webform. You can customize fields such as text, dropdowns, and more, which fields are required, and what order they are asked. These fields can be merged into your CRM or any other tool of your choice using the Campaigns and Automations feature. You can also check this article for more information about this feature. |
Option 2: Auto-fill web form from CRM info
Suppose you are scheduling with your customers and sending this email through your CRM or Email Marketing tool. In that case, you can use a unique link in your means to autofill the web form for your customers, saving them time and preventing duplicate contacts in your CRM. |
Option 3: One-click booking from automated emails
A one-click link from your CRM or email marketing platform will be available to your customers. This is an excellent feature in terms of your CRM's usability, conversion, and integrity. Customers or prospects will visit a unique scheduling link, select the time slot of their choice, and the booking will be completed for them using their information from your CRM. Your customers just choose their preferred time, and they’re done! |
