If you want to invite but not require other Users or Team Members to attend an appointment alongside required attendees, you can automate an invitation to be sent if they are available in the time slot booked on your Scheduling Page.
This can be set up in the first stage of the scheduling page creation process, under “Who from your team will attend?”.
The steps below will show you how to trigger an invitation to be sent to available Users or Team Members to join the meeting alongside your required Users:
Under Who from your team will attend?, choose Multiple Team Scenario. Note: If you select this option, at least one team member must be specified as required or in rotation. |

DISCRETIONARY: By default, this option has only one required User, the booking link creator. If the creator of the booking link should not be included, you will need to remove the User by clicking the ‘x’ next to the User’s name before adding the Users or Team Members who should be included. |

Click inside the Add User box in the newly added User section. Select the User you would like to add from the dropdown list that appears. Next, click the dropdown arrow on the second box and select is not required to attend, but will receive invitation if available from the list. Click the Add button. If you would like to add more Users to invite, repeat these steps until you've added all Users or Team Members you would like to invite to the appointment. |

It is important to note that for an appointment slot to open up in your Scheduling Page, the Users or Team Members who have been added and are required to attend a single appointment must all be available and not have a conflicting event in their individual calendars. Appointment slots will still open up in your Scheduling Page even if the non-required Users or Team Members added are unavailable. |
