You are automatically assigned to a scheduling link when you create it. You can, however, assign the scheduling link to a different User or member of your team who will be attending the meeting.
This is done in the first stage of the scheduling page creation process, under “Who from your team will attend?”.
The steps below will show you how to change the assignee to another User or Team Member:
Under Who from your team will attend?, choose Multiple Team Scenario. Selecting this option will also allow you to choose multiple team members to attend to guests who book an appointment on your scheduling page. Note: If you choose this option, at least one team member must be specified as required or in rotation. |

By default, this option has only one required User, the booking link creator. If the creator of the booking link should not be included, you will need to remove the User by clicking the ‘x’ next to the User’s name. |

Click inside the box that says Add User. Select the User you would like to attend the meeting from the dropdown list that appears. Next, click the dropdown arrow on the second box and select is required and must attend from the list. Click the Add button. |
