Part of creating your scheduling link is to specify where and how your appointment will take place.
You have four options for where and how you want your meeting to be held.
These options can be found in the first stage of the scheduling page creation process, under “Where will this take place?”.
Online meeting
Under Where will this take place?, you’ll find that Online meeting is selected by default. Click the arrow next to the second box to open the dropdown list. From the list, choose the online platform where you want your virtual meeting to take place. Note: Only platforms that have been added and approved by your admin will appear up on the list. |

DISCRETIONARY: If you don’t want AppointmentCore to automatically generate online meetings when someone schedules with you, you can uncheck the box for Generate online meeting when someone schedules. |
Phone
Under Where will this take place?, you’ll find that Online meeting is selected by default. Click the arrow next to the first box to open the dropdown list and pick Phone. You can choose whether to provide a phone number to call or request a phone number when someone schedules. |
In person / Physical address
Under Where will this take place?, you’ll find that Online meeting is selected by default. Click the arrow next to the first box to open the dropdown list and choose In person / Physical address. Specify the meeting address for the person who will be scheduling with you. You can also include any special instructions in the Misc Instructions box if you need to. |
Other
Under Where will this take place?, you’ll find that Online meeting is selected by default. Click the arrow next to the first box to open the dropdown list and select Other. Check the box for Add additional instructions and enter specific meeting instructions in the given field for the person scheduling with you. You may include any particular instructions, such as what to bring or how to best prepare for the appointment. |
