If your Booking Link Scheduling Page displays the message that you don’t have any available appointment slots and informs the person viewing your Booking Link to contact you directly to schedule, there are a few things you should look into.
- Ensure that at least one calendar is selected to be checked for availability.
- Make sure that the availability of the person attending the meeting is as long as the appointment duration plus any buffers that you might have set up.
- Check the availability of all team members required to attend the meeting.
1. Ensure that at least one calendar is selected to be checked for availability.
First, select Settings from the left panel of your My Dashboard screen, then click My Calendars under My User Settings. |
|
Scroll down until you see your enabled calendars, and make sure that you have at least one check box ticked under where it says Check for availability. Remember to click the Save & Publish button at the bottom-right whenever you make changes to this page. |
2. Make sure that the availability of the person attending the meeting is as long as the appointment duration plus any buffers that you might have set up.
The opening must be as long as the appointment duration plus any buffers you may have configured to show availability.
Suppose your appointment duration is 1 hour with a set buffer of 15 minutes. Then, make sure that your availability is at least an hour and 15 minutes or more.
First, log into the User’s account that you would like to check availability on. Once logged in, select Settings from the left panel of the My Dashboard page, then go to Personal Availability under My User Settings. |
|
From the Personal Availability page, ensure that the User’s availability is within the Booking Link’s set appointment duration plus buffer times, if any. Remember to click the Save & Publish button at the bottom-right whenever you make changes to this page. |
3. Check the availability of all team members required to attend the meeting.
If more than one member of your team is required to attend the meeting with the individual or group booking with you, ensure that their availability is configured correctly to accommodate the appointment, including any buffer times you have set.
First, confirm that more than one team member is required to attend the meeting. To do this, edit the Booking Link and check the bottom section of the Basic setup page. If you have more than one team member under Your customers/prospects who try to book an appointment, will set up a meeting with, then it means that all those Users are required to be available for the appointment. |
|
Once you’ve confirmed that you have multiple team members required to attend the meeting, you will have to log into each User’s AppointmentCore account to check their Personal Availability. Once logged in to the User’s account, select Settings from the left panel of the My Dashboard page, then go to Personal Availability under My User Settings. |
|
From the Personal Availability page, ensure that the User’s availability is within the Booking Link’s set appointment duration plus buffer times, if any. Remember to click the Save & Publish button at the bottom-right whenever you make changes to this page. |
