If your Booking Link Scheduling Page displays this error message, it means that you either do not have an online calendar connected to AppointmentCore or that none of your calendars is checked for availability.
Before you start:
- Ensure that you are logged into the affected User’s AppointmentCore account.
Troubleshooting Steps:
First, navigate to the left panel of your My Dashboard screen and select Settings. You will be directed to My Profile under My User Settings by default. Click the arrow next to Additional Configuration to expand the section. From here, ensure that the Default Timezone is set to the User’s Timezone. |

Next, select My Integrations under My User Settings, and make sure that connections are made for Infusionsoft (if using Infusionsoft), other third-party calendar systems (Google, Outlook) that you will be using, and any other integrations being used (GoToMeeting, Zoom, etc.) |

Lastly, select My Calendars under My User Settings. Make selections for which calendars to use to check Availability and which calendars to post appointments. It is important to note that at least one calendar should be selected for availability. Remember to click the Save & Publish button at the bottom-right whenever you make changes to this page. |
