Overview
This is the third stage of the Booking Link Creation process in which you specify how your available time slots should appear on your Scheduling Page. You can find embed codes for your website and emails here.
From this page, you can also see a live preview and test the functionality of your Booking Link.
Choose your Booking Link View
Under Choose which view, select how you want your available time slots to appear on your booking page. This will be the default view when a customer visits your booking page, and the customer can change it by using the dropdown menu while selecting an appointment slot. |
Embed Options
If you want to provide a direct link to your booking page for your customers, you can do so via email or your website. Using this link, your customers can book appointments directly on your calendar for you. In an effort to increase bookings and conversions, consider including your link in your email signature and other places.
You can choose from a variety of Embed options below.
- Embed a “Book Now” button on your website
- Embed a Booking Link on your website
- Embed on your WordPress blog or landing page
- Embed booking link popup on your website
Embed a “Book Now” button on your website
Make an appointment request easier for visitors to your website by including a call-to-action button.
Here’s how:
Copy and paste the code into your HTML editor to create a “Book Now” button that redirects visitors to your booking page. In the pop-up box that appears when you select this embed option, you can copy the code by either clicking the copy icon or by clicking the "Copy Code" button. |
Embed Booking Link on your website
Allow visitors to schedule appointments directly from your website using this embed option. This is something that you or the person in charge of managing your company's website can easily do.
Here’s how:
You can embed the booking calendar onto any page you manage by copying and pasting the snippet of code into the page setup where you want the calendar to be located. In the pop-up box that appears when you select this embed option, choose your preferred Scheduling Page View then copy the code by either clicking the copy icon or by clicking the "Copy Code" button. |
Embed on your WordPress blog or landing page
Let people schedule appointments right on your WordPress website with this embed option. This is something that you or the person in charge of managing your company's website can easily do by following the steps below.

Embed booking link popup on your website
Make it easy for people to book an appointment with you by displaying your booking page in a popup window when they click a button.

Install Add-on
During the Publish stage of the Booking Link Creation process, you have the option to install plugins so that you can easily insert your links directly into your emails when using third-party software like Infusionsoft or Google apps like Gmail.
View Your Customization
This section of the Publish stage of the Booking Link Creation process allows you to customize and/or preview your link.
Customize
Customize your link by clicking the Customize button. You can edit the header, footer, or confirmation message of your link, add a redirect URL to send your customers to after booking (such as a thank-you page), or add an HTML code to edit color schemes, graphics/images, and more.
Preview
You can see a live preview of your Booking Link by clicking the Preview button. While previewing, you can make an appointment to test the functionality of the link and see if it works as intended.
